Cannot save report

I try to save newly created report, and I get this error

When I try to save old report, it is written that it's saved, however, changes are actually not applied.
On the support webpage, it's said everything is working OK. Any ideas?

Hello, Anonymous , Probally you don't have Edit Permission, this error occur when you don't have permission.
To check if you have acess, try to do this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards#who-has-access-to-a-dashboard-or-report-you-shared
