Blank Workspaces

Hi all,

 

From this morning, if I select any workspace, there is no Dashboard/Report/Dataset information on the main screen - it is just a blank space.

 

In some cases, I have been able to access reports using the menu on the right hand side but this freezes each time I choose a new workspace.

 

Is this a known issue?

    KatieH , Hello! no isn't are an issue, because the main page ever is the PAINEL, not reports. Always when you enter into a workspace without visual pinned to the Painel it will be blank.

      Hi henriquesilveir,

       

      I'm not sure I understand your response.

       

      The actual workspace itself is blank on the main panel - none of my reports or dashboards are appearing. I have added a screenshot below. As I said, I can sometimes access the reports on the left side but this keeps freezing when I switch to a different workspace.

        KatieH ok. i understood. question: Have you administrator permission? it lookin something about permission. If Not, i will try to understand more deeper about your problem!
