Avrege with filters

Hello,    I'm new in Dax formula, a would like to ask how to calculate an average with a filter.  In Power BI a get a value of 1,251 in excel is this value a 1,267. what I do wrong.    Please he...

Based on your description, you may create a measure as below. The pbix file is attached in the end.

Table:

 

You may create a measure as below.

Result = 
AVERAGEX(
    'Table',
    'Table'[Value]
)
