Is it possible to autodetect the unused reports in the PowerBI apps in PBI web service and notify the user? Anything that can be of use to autodetect the unused reports in apps would be of help since we are dealing with n number of reports which could be removed from the apps to make it more organised, but doing it manually would be a taks, Please let me know is there any way to autodetect the unsued reports in apps which can reduce the manual taks.

Hi. Well. There are things you can do as approach, but I'm not sure it would be exactly that. You can use the Power Bi Rest API. The following request is for that, however I'm not sure if checks at the power bi app or outside of it:

As an alternative you can check the activity event logs. I'm sure in there you can see the operations like viewing a report inside and outside the app:
