Automatic Notification

I am the other or published reports that I've shared with numerous users, using RLS. I update the data in the reports weekly and want to send a notification to each user that the report has been updated. Currently, I use the share option and add the user manually, but I was wondering if there is a way to create a notification to all users that are shared to the report? There may be 100 users across the different reports and is very time conusming. Any tips is much appreciated.
