    Hello BethM,
    Thank you for the update and we really appreciate you confirming that.

    Based on everything shared so far, the behavior aligns with a Web-based SharePoint connection, which isn’t supported for reliable OAuth refresh in the Power BI Service. Resolving it requires rebuilding the dataset using the native SharePoint/OneDrive connector and republishing.

v-ssriganesh My apologies I have been OOO.

 

Unfortunately, my issue is still occuring but the information/answers I have been given on this thread have been invaluable.
