App stuck in loading

Hi, Published an app from a Pro trial account to a set of users. Now some of the users are getting an alert like the following. What is the reason? Regards, Siji

Hi SijiBJ 

 

User need a pro license too to view the shared report unless app from the workspace in premium capacity.
