App metrics GEN2 - data never load

Hi   I'm  on Capacity  Admin role  for capacity --> PROD_1 PROD_1 is switched to Gen2 The new app metrics gen2  is shared with me (connected to  PROD_1) ,   but I can't see the data  (load never...

Hi Bamak 

 

Could you maybe log out and log back in?

 

If that fails could you wait an hour or two. I do think it can take up to 24 hours for the initial data to appear

- How can I please  log out and log back in  ?

- Impossible to wait a repport load more thant 5 min (BIG MAX )

Philosophically on reporting/dataviz  this is not acceptable  ;>) 

 

The app owner , also on Capacity admin role  can see the data ;>)
