App - page level visibility

Power BI apps currently do not support hiding individual report pages for different audiences—only whole reports can be shown or hidden. The common workaround is to share specific pages as separate dashboard tiles or use RLS, but there's no simple built-in page-level visibility for apps yet

Super UserHi, Power Bi Apps will let you pick reports to create audiences. There is no configuration for single pages. It's the whole report that you allow or prevent to the audience. There are alternatives like spliting the report in two with live connection or using the Page level security approach (this is a community solution, it's not a microsoft feature).
Those could help with delimiting the pages for users
