API to refresh dataset

Hello   We are using APIs successfully with our Admin account. We also want to use APIs with PRO user, but when trying to retrieve Client ID/Application ID, we get below error when registering app....

You don't always need to create your own application. You can use Power Automate's built in connector to refresh datasets  (for example).
