Microsoft EmployeeAfter Publishing app, it doesnt load

Microsoft EmployeeSame issue. Looks like this happens when the new navigation builder is turned on. If it turn it off then the app shows up just fine.

I would suggest asking the people at Microsoft if they are making any changes to your tenant, as I am pretty sure that they might be making changes?
