Admin portal credentials provides different access for 2 admin users

Hi!

We have 2 admin users with the same permissions. But in reality, they are different.
Only one user can modify
GATEWAY CONNECTION (if another admin user TAKEs OVER this dataset settings section he sees that the connection credentials are OK),
SCHEDULE REFRESH (can't make changes),
DATA SOURCE CREDENTIAL (don't have access to it)

How it could be fixed?

    Hi Mikhail_Lourie,

to be able to use the gateway connection, you have to be added as a user to that connection, so in the gateway.

    So in the Users tab:

Add both the users of the workspace, or better use AAD-groups in the workspace, add the Admins to that group and add that group here. It has to be a mail-enabled group for it to be used here.

    Hi, Mikhail_Lourie

According to your error message, it seems like the gateway has not been correctly configured in the admin user’s account.

To make the gateway connect to your service correctly, I think the first step is to make sure the gateway is running in the gateway computer. You should go to the gateway computer and check if your gateway is online and ready to be used and update to the latest version if possible.

Then make sure the admin users are added as the administrator of the gateway, like this:
