I have a customer that want to put comments and annotations on the charts and dashboards. some other competitors supports this. I wonder is this feature in your list of to-add or not? if yes, do you ...
This gap will be improving very soon. In the short-term, I use Excel 2013 Power View Text Box as a work-around.

Resolver I
Resolver II see that there is a comments tab in the On-Prem PowerBI Report Server. where you can add notes related to the PowerBI Report. Its very useful!!
