Which M365 / Office Version to enable Get Data from Sharepoint Folder
I now found one option to get it working.
With Office 365 E3 license the option shows up => Microsoft Business Standard is not enough.
Maybe it would also work out with Microsoft Apps for Enterprise Alone (which is a bit cheaper), but for now I will stick with that.

the Option from Online-Services (aus Online-Diensten in German Version) is greyed out in general.
Hi georg_f - Okay this suggest that your Microsoft account does not have SharePoint Online associated with it. To fix you need to look at your Microsoft licensing. Enterprise would be an option, but not necessarily your only option. The question is best answered by Microsoft Licensing Experts instead.
