Note that this function(WebAction.Request) is disabled in most contexts.

Consider using Web.Contents or Web.Headers instead.

    But as I mentioned I cant use Web.Contents

      this is really frustrating ... why can't they just let us specifiy the HTTP Method our selves in Web.Contents() instead of arbitrarily deciding based on whether contents is included or not.

        It is a security issue. If you really want to do this you will need to author your own connector.
