    You may try this. This doesn't have syntax error. 

    let
strRangeStart = DateTime.ToText(RangeStart,[Format="yyyy-MM-dd"]),
strRangeEnd = DateTime.ToText(RangeEnd,[Format="yyyy-MM-dd"]),
