Use Slicer to control Sql variable

I have a period sql query to concat and calculate data in system,

now I need to trans it to power bi show dashboard,

but sql query declare StartDate and EndDate,

and this program syntax only summarize period salestotal data,

system has options to specify date period,

means I hope I can use powerbi slicer to give variable(date period) to show matrix,

is it possible to achieve?

OR not slicer,

any tool I can give it data to control variable
