Transform results from openapi.document response

Hi Team,

I am trying to build a data connector using openApi via swagger document, which beautifully lists the apis as functions with parameters. Below is the code:

// Pull the latest swagger definition from the site 
        swagger = Extension.Contents("swagger.json"),
        // OpenApi.Document will return a navigation table
        nav = OpenApi.Document(swagger, DefaultOptions)

Now, biggest challenge, when i click on each api as function and invoke with parameters, i get raw response back.

Befor even i get the response from the invoked api function, i need to apply some transformations upon the response. 

How to achieve this, any idea? please suggest!
