Split Columns pulling data from Web Site

Question

How do I split this column into 2 separate columns (refer to graphic below) ?&nbsp; I have tried all of the basic options will not parse correctly.&nbsp; Desired result is below:&nbsp;&nbsp;Service Line&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Service Line DescriptionAcupuncture&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Acupuncture therapy has been shown to be effective in treating symptoms resulting from a wide range&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;of conditions.&nbsp;

I used a tab as delimeter.&nbsp; Requires some cleanup but it works.
