Slow data refresh in Power Query

Hi,

I am updating data type as (changed type) of each column in Power Query. So it is taking huge time to update each field in column. However, I am fetching data from sharepoint in Power Query?

Can you please suggest me how can it fixed?

    Hi aAmirkHan ,

It seems that you are experiencing slow data refresh in Power Query while updating data type of each column. According to, slow data refresh in Power Query can be caused by slow data source, slow network connection, or PowerQuery. You can try to optimize your data source or network connection to improve the performance. Additionally, you can try to optimize your Power Query by reducing the number of steps or using more efficient transformations. If you are using SharePoint as your data source, you can refer to for troubleshooting tips. Finally, you can refer to and for more information on refreshing data in Power BI.
