Sharing PowerQuery queries OnPrem

Is there a way to somehow replicate powerquery sharing that happens in PowerBI on an on premise sharepoint?   https://support.office.com/en-nz/article/Share-queries-in-the-Power-BI-Data-Catalog-35...

Currnetly this is limited to the cloud service.  There is not a way to do this on premise. This relies on the Data Catalog

infrastructure that exists in the Power BI Cloud service.  

 

You can submit the feature request at http://support.powerbi.com for others to vote for as well.  I did a quick search and didn't see anything there for this.
