    Hi LarryBroward ,
    I'm not used to work with xml files.
    Have you tried

    Xml.Document(Web.Contents(url, [Headers=headers, Content = postData ] ) )

    or 

    Excel.Workbook(Web.Contents(url, [Headers=headers, Content = postData ] ) )

    instead?

I'm not used to work with xml files.
Have you tried

Xml.Document(Web.Contents(url, [Headers=headers, Content = postData ] ) )

or 

Excel.Workbook(Web.Contents(url, [Headers=headers, Content = postData ] ) )

instead?

    This works when I remove the outputMIME.
