It could be due to multiple reasons:- Check the applied transformations, if they are complex.
- .xlsx takes a lot of time, CSV works better.
- Makesure your data is in an Excel Table, if not insert a table in Excel.
- Remove unsed rows and columns.
- Remove unnecessary columns, bring in only the columns needed.

There are usually two situations:
The first is that the calculation is too complicated, which is more common.
The second is the wrong data range. For some unknown reason, the data range of the worksheet will be mistakenly marked as all rows. You can press Ctrl+End in the worksheet to check where the data range is. If it does not meet your expectations (exceeds the actual range), just delete the entire row or column.
