Option combiner

Bonjour, L'option "combiner les fichiers" est grisée et je ne peux pas la selectionnée, pouvez vous m'aider à résoudre le problème svp

Additionally, "Combine Binaries" creates a lot ( A LOT) of gruft that you don't really need nor want. Better to do that file contents append yourself.  I have a blog entry on that somewhere if you are interested.
