Natural Language Licensing

Is Natural Language that Microsoft Power BI comes with their product license purchase or need to pay separate to Wordsmith or Narrative Science ? Please advise

    Yes it is free and available in powerbi service for both free and pro version subscription.

    only available for dashboards and not the reports.
