Last Refreshed Date with Synapse CUBE as Data Source

 My data source is Synapse CUBE, and I am trying to add last Refreshed Date to my report/dashbord. However, since I am using a CUBE, the advanced query editor is not available. The only choice availa...

Once connected to the Cube, only new and quick measures are available. See below my screen shot. The solution provided wouldn't work in this scenario. Is it possible to solve it by using either the new or quick measure? Keep in mind that blank query and advanced editor are not available either.

What data source is it and which data connector do you use to connect to it?

Which connection mode do you use to connect to this data source? 

 

From your description and screenshot, it looks like you are using Live Connection mode to connect to this data source. If so, it will always query data from the data source directly. We can think it is using live data so there is no need to add a "Last Refreshed Date" to the report. A "Last Refreshed Date" is usually added when we use Import mode and refresh data manually or automatically.
