Get Data from RSS Feed

Hello All - Is it possible to connect to an RSS feed? I'd like to make use of the Bank of Canada exchange rates, which are available as a daily feed http://www.bankofcanada.ca/stats/assets/rates_...

Look to the right on the columns and click on the two little arrows, then expand. You may have to do this several times to get to the data you want. Your mileage will vary depending on how the web page/feed is formatted.
