    Regarding your question about aggregating actual hours (Act Hrs) per employee for each SO No, I have created a sample .pbix file that demonstrates a solution meets to your specifications.
     

    To help you review the logic ,I’ve attached a screenshot showing the resulting summary table as well as .PBIX file. Please review both the file and the screenshot at your convenience, and let me know if this approach meets your needs or if any further adjustments are required.
