Does the Refresh Preview button help?

 

The query editor often caches results and those might still have empty values from when the source disappeared.

    It doesn't. Same thing happens when I try to do a refresh on the front end, the data won't refresh because of that same error.

      Hmm, that's too bad. I guess I'd try creating a new query and manually rebuilding the broken query from the beginning step by step to see if that makes it more obvious where things are going wrong.
