Excell files not uploading

The files are in table format.   They appear to be uploading fine, no error message, but they never appear.

 

Help please!   Thanks!

    ACM73,

    What do you mean  that they never appear ?Could you please post a screenshot about your scenario?

    Besides, do you use Power BI Desktop to connect to Excel file or you directly connect to Excel file in Power BI Service? We will appreciate  that if you can share us the Excel file with dummy data.

    Still having the same problem.  I can't upload a file.  I am not in desktop - doing it with the online version on a mac.  When I select the excell file to upload (through One Drive) this window pops up for about 3 seconds.   Then it disappers. The file is never there.  I've attached the actual file I am trying to upload as well.

      ACM73,

      I am not able to access the Excel file you shared. Do you use OneDrive for business or OneDrive for personal? I can connect to my Excel file located at OneDrive in my Power BI Service.

      Could you please sign in Power BI Service in a Windows OS machine or install Power BI Desktop in a Windows OS machine, then check if you can access the Excel?
