error date column

Hello PBI Community,   Anyone please help me with this error in date column. Also i tried splitting the column with delimiter and had errors. Can anyone help me with either of these errors.   I h...

    Hi Anonymous 

    Remove your current Change Type step or convert the Date column to Text type first. Then right click on the Date column and select Change Type > Using Locale... In the Change Type window, select Date for Data Type, English (United Kingdom) or other locales which has the same date format as your original Date column input. This should change the type into Date correctly.

Besides making sure you are using the correct locale settings, I'm afraid the solution is to clean up that dirty data.

I tried changing my locale but the problem still prevails. Can you see the second SS and tell how can I replace the dashes or remove those dashes.
