Data Source Hubspot
Hi there,
I am wondering if there is any opportunity to get data out of Hubspot into my BI reports.
Do you know something?

Florian

There is a FREE HubSpot custom data connector to Power BI available on our public GitHub Page.
Why don't you try and provide feedback?
https://github.com/ranmax123/powerbi-custom-connectors
You can have visualizations like this one through the data from the connector.

ranbeermakin .Thank you for this, it is super helpful and I just set it up up. Does it pull in the email activity? We were hoping we could filter by email open, clicks and all of that.

Anonymous thanks for trying out and providing feedback. There have been phenomenal interest in this connector and we have been bombarded with new requests. I have put this under the queue and I will let you know when this is out.
Our first priority is to get custom fields out and we are targeting end of Nov, followed by tickets and email.
Thanks

Hi! I was going to try but then I saw this from HubSpot:
After November, will this connector work? Also if they don't allow creation of keys at the moment - if I follow some steps they give for private app, will it work with your solution? Thanks a million!

ranbeermakin wow, this is a really cool open source. Many thanks guys for providing this to the community.
I have managed to use the .mez file into the power bi desktop and I would like to ask you a few questions:
1) Can I extend the code to use some custom fields we have in our HubSpot platform? I have created a new project using the same code but after building the solution and creating the new .mez file, when replacing it into the Power BI folder, it does not appear as a connector in Power BI. Am I missing something?
2) Would you be able to share the amazing template you posted in the GIT Hub. That Horizontal funnel/lifecycle is very cool.
Thanks again

1) Yes, you can extend
2) Yes, I will open source that one too

I'm having trouble getting the the Hubspot Ticket table to appear in the Navigator. I'm not sure which "Column 1" the error (screen shot below) is referring to, or how to fix it. Any ideas?

You could try Tugger LTD's solution, as I posted previously; the example reports they include might actually provide what you need.

If you are looking for a no-coding solution, I can recommend you Skyvia. It is a third-party tool that allows you to load data from HubSpot to Power BI (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/analyze-hubspot-with-powerbi)
This integration isn't performed directly - Skyvia provides it through a database or cloud data warehouse with automatic schema creation. - RenatZubayrovNew Member
Yes, there is a new opportunity (Sep. 2024) to do that completely free - it's a certified HubSpot App that will synchronize all of your HubSpot data (and other sources too) and give you simple access to it:
https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/revos
It's completely free for daily sync and easy to setup, no coding required, here how you can set it up in under 5 minutes:

No native connector or app (content pack) but if they provide some kind of REST-based API or OData endpoint then you should be in luck.

FN,
An idea about adding HubSpot data source in Power BI has been submitted in this link, please vote it up.
In addition, you can consider to create ODBC data source by after installing the HubSpot ODBC Driver, then connect to the ODBC data source in Power BI Desktop.

There is no native connector pack. Have you considered using a 3rd party tool like datadirect cloud to accesss your Hubspot data as an OData feed? For example: https://www.progress.com/odata/hubspot . Once you produce OData, accessing OData from Power Bi should be straight forward. Here is a tutorial: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-connect-odata/

Until Hubspot connector is not created you can try the following approaches:
- Expose Hubspot data to OData with help of Skyvia Connect.
- Replicate Hubspot to any database (BigQuery, SQL Server, etc.) and use standard PowerBI database connector. - Leonid_KostinAdvocate I
Hi, ranbeermakin .
I am trying to get Hubspot data to Power BI Desktop using your connector but can't make it.
I've done step by step instruction from https://github.com/ranmax123/powerbi-custom-connectors and still don't see "Hubspot (Beta)" in the list of connectors. What could course the issue?
My local folder:
Power BI settings:

Thank you in advance!

Hi Leonid_Kostin . Thanks for trying out the connector.
That's quite unfortunate to hear that you are not able to connect.
Can you:
1. Navigate to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors. Put this under "Run" (Windows R). Does it open the same folder that you have shown me?2. Are you behind any IT policy which is not allowing you to load non-certified connectors?Thanks- Leonid_KostinAdvocate I
hi, ranbeermakin .
Answering your questions:
1. Yes
2. Don't think so.
Maybe it is something related to this issue: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-trusted-third-party-connectors?
What do you think?
Thank you a lot!
