Creating a column based on another columns values
Hello! I'm trying to see if this is even possible with DAX. My goal is to create the 3rd column "Matched_ID".
- -If there's value in "ID" but not in "AccountID", then take value in ID column, or vice versa.
- Also, if there's vales in both "ID" or "AccountID" columns, take the value in AccountID column.
Would this be achievable using DAX? I tried using RELATED function but wasn't able to achieve it.. any help would be appreciated!
| ID | AccountID | Matched_ID |
| 100 | 100 | |
| 2000 | 2000 | |
| 333 | 9999 | 9999 |
NewStep=Table.AddColumn(PreviousStepName,"Matched_ID",each [AccountID]??[ID])
