    Use below formula in a custom column

    = if List.Contains({"ZN04","ZN05","ZN19","ZN20"},[Value Key]) then List.Sum({[Activity 1],[Activity 2],[Activity 3],[Activity 4],[Activity 5],[Activity 6]}) else 0
