    v-rouge Maybe:

     

    Measure 1 = COUNTROWS(FILTER('Table',[Column1]=[Column2]))

Measure 2 = COUNTROWS(FILTER('Table',[Column1]<[Column2]))

Measure 3 = COUNTROWS(FILTER('Table',[Column1]>[Column2]))
