Can I use  variable inside Table.ReplaceValue function ?

Please see code below where I added "each" to 2nd and 3rd arguments: 

Table.ReplaceValue(
   #"Changed Type2",
   each "noFullApplicationNameTag",
   each Text.From([meterCategory]),
   Replacer.ReplaceValue,
   {"custom_TagsFullApplicationName"}
)
