Community ChampionI do not see 31/32 days in the screenshot you attached, what are you refereing too? Also what is considered the operational time in this scenario? As for the duplicates - there are 2 dates for 25 Aug, but they are for different services, so as you mentioned that you want to calculate each service uptime I do not see how is that a problem, can you elaborate a bit more?
Also it would be great if you provided the example of input with both downtime & operational time and expected output (can be calculated manually)
