Shape with bookmark does not work mobile app

Hello,

I've recently learned here on the board that bookmarks are global and they should work if they're within an object in mobile layout. So I've brought the objects along with bookmarks to the mobile layout and yes, user does see them, I have action ON and a proper bookmark set, but users say that nothing happends if they tap on their phones on the object (means no bookmark is activated).

 

What can cause that and how to possibly solve that?

    Hey Anonymous ,

     

    Can you please check that everything is wired up correctly by testing the report + shape and bookmark in the browser? The scenario you are describing should work in Power BI mobile app.

      Hello,
      The shape and bookmark works in desktop (web) layout in both read and view mode, in mobile layout its not interactive, but none of the object are - like slicers etc also are not (I go edit in powerbi services, and view mobile layout. In web layout I can use slicers, bookmarks on edit mode, on mobile layout not)


      could it be some setting for mobile apps?

        Hey Anonymous,

         

        Interactivity is only available when viewing the report in the mobile app itself. The mobile layout is not interactive, Can you access your report using Power BI Mobile app (you can easily get the app from the public App store/Google play) and test it? It should be fully interactive.
