I'm glad to inform you that I've found the solution of my problem.
The filter doesn't work on my second report because I didn't correctly make the relations between the tables that I have.

Helper IIFrom the home page or from the footer of the report, I have the same result.
The first report filter normally the visuals, but the second one don't. I only have the visuals like they was before filtering.
