Annotate Problem in app 14.5

Hello all,

 

Does your Annotate option work within mobile app?

I am using ios version 14.5.

 

I can annotate in dashobards but not within reports.

Annotate buton in top left corner of report is not responding.

    Hi Andrej,

     

    Annotate and share works on dashboards and reports.

    Are you using an iPad? There was an issue we fixed and will be delivered in the next version.

    There is a workaround to resolve the issue - if you tilt your device from portrait to landscape and vice versa, it should work properly.

      Yes I use iPad.

       

      puting device from portrait to lnadscape and back worked!

      I will update all our all iPads users.
