Windows Cannot Access the specified path

Question

Hi,&nbsp;This issues started after updating to September version. When trying to open a saved Power BI report, while another is open, I keep getting the below error message. Any idea how to fix?&nbsp;Please help.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Omega , if the same file is open, close&nbsp; one of them 
Also, make sure no, windows updates are pending. if yes, install them first.
