wherever Q&A does not work copilot should work (need one example).

Hi anjanikumar,
I understand you're looking for a visual example that shows the difference between Q&A and Copilot in Power BI, especially in design scenarios. Read below to clarify:
* Q&A Visual allows users to type natural language questions (like “total sales by region”) and Power BI will generate visuals based on the dataset. It’s available with Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses.
* Whereas Copilot in Power BI is a newer AI-powered assistant that helps with tasks like generating DAX formulas, creating reports, and summarizing data insights. It requires a paid Fabric capacity (F64 or higher) and is not available in Pro or PPU alone.
To help you better with visual example, could you confirm what type of Power BI license or Fabric capacity you currently have and are you working in Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service?
Once we know that, we can guide you to the right visual examples or demos that match your setup.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
