    Hi Hashiru ,

     

    One sample for your reference. Here we  can create mesures to work on it.

    between = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[value]),FILTER('Table','Table'[value]>=Parameter1[Parameter1 Value] && 'Table'[value]<=Parameter2[Parameter2 Value]))
    above = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[value]),FILTER('Table','Table'[value]>=Parameter2[Parameter2 Value]))

     

    PBIX as attached.
