Weird source - How to handle

Hello

 

I am always facing this page on the source field which I dont know what is happening.

 

It should be only the basic table that I have uploaded but it seems that it is ending up being like this and I cannot check the source on this field only in the next one. Is it normal having this step as the first instead of having the table directly?

    Please click the expand button beside the [Data] column header to expand the detailed data records contained in "Table".
