We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided - SharePoint Site
I have a published report that has not had any issues since creation. It is set up for automatic refreshes weekly. I am suddenly getting the following error. I have gone down every rabbit hole trying to fix this issue and nothing is working. Please help!!!

Hi, at my knowledge you'd need to have your IT/Admin check gateway and you may also need to check your credentials.
In my place, the on-premise and cloud gateway are both configured by IT platform team. Once done successfully, it won't show any error here.
For the credentials, you may have to update them by yourself. It's below Gateway configuration.
If your source is an Excel or CSV on a file share, make sure the file path is still valid and accessible by the gateway machine
After this you can refresh your dataset manually to test it. Hope it helps
