Visualization Table not keeping fix value per row

Dear all I'm stuck in a problem with my visualization table in power bi (below screen) I created a calculate column called "ValueToDivide" which is the result of the total accepted load...

Hi,

 

If have to ignore filters coming from other attributes within this table visual using All functions.

 

I am ignoring fitlers from Sales table by using All function to get desired output. please refer above snapshot.

Sales_By_Order_V2 = CALCULATE(DIVIDE([M_Sales], [OrderCount],0),ALL(Sales))
