Visualising ranked values

I have a dataset with student Id , test date, test venue, test slot. A Student can have more than one test date with a different venue(nyc,la,..) and slot(a,b,c..)   I have slicers for venue and sl...

Can you provide sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel. I look forward to your response.
