Visual header tooltip is right aligned

I can't make my Visual header tooltip to align to the left. I don't want to dedicate a page for each tooltip. Hint: This computer once was in RTL language. I have a snapshot to go with but find it difficult to upload it.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You can add a custom tooltip page instead of 'Tooltip text', please refer to my .pbix file.

    Anonymous , You should be able to copy-paste images here. Not very clear.  But I do not saw any option to align tooltip

      Hi Anonymous ,

       

      Do you want the tooltip to be displayed on the left when you hover the arrow over the visual?

      The current version(October 2020) is displayed on the right side of the arrow by default and cannot be changed.
