VAR myVariance = DIVIDE( [Daily Sales] , [Daily Sales Plan] , Blank())
RETURN IF(NOT ISBLANK(myVariance) , 1 - myVariance)

Phil_Seamark,

 

Needed a small adjustment to handle +/- (changed "1 - myVariance" to "myVariance - 1") but otherwise it worked great. Thanks!
