Using total value % & against row values %

How about this:
TomsMeasureAverage = VAR _totalAverage = CALCULATE ( AVERAGE (Table10[Index] ), ALL ( Table10[Item] ) ) RETURN MAX ( Table10[Index]) - _totalAverage
Does this solve the issue? 🙂
